The concept of a Child-friendly village is perhaps one of the most important initiatives of the current era. An initiative where the children take social responsibilities and their decisions play a major role in the transformation of the village altogether.
Viviid Emissions Reductions Universal Private Limited, a significant role model in the domain of Carbon Management and its CSR projects on Child education and empowerment Chintalayapalle Village of Kolimigundla Mandal in Nandyal District of Andhra Pradesh earlier on August 2, 2022.
THE OBJECTIVES:
The project is working on some time-bound goals to achieve the desired transformation.
- A safe and sensitized community aiming to respect zero tolerance towards violation of child rights;
- Enhancing social responsibilities through – assistive education classes.
- Democratically electing rural councils such as Bal Panchayat to take executive decisions.
Apart from these objectives, the village has also elected its first Bal Panchayat through democratic elections and a young contestant from class 7, Miss S. Indu has been chosen as the Bal Sarpanch.
Based on the visions of Philanthropist and Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi Viviid Emissions Reductions Universal Private Limited in collaboration with SAMATHA – Society for Rural Education and Development joined hands for this monumental project.
To inaugurate the project more than 500 people including Senior Government Officials at the District, Block, and Mandal levels along with the members of the Media Fraternity
came together and made this event a success, apart from this the most memorable members of the whole event have been the children of the village Chintalayapalle who welcomed this opportunity with open arms and big smiles on their faces.
Chintalayapalleis in the footsteps of transforming itself into a masterpiece regarding management and executive decisions. Hopefully, more such projects will come into effect to bring a metamorphosis of the entire nation.
